What attracted you to working for CTB?

To join a bank with recent grant of licence that was clearly looking to grow and expand it’s property finance division and be part of that journey and growth.

What roles have you had since joining CTB?

Regional Account Manager South West and now Regional Account Manager, London.

What attracted you to the role that you are in today?

With a new bridging proposition launched it was a great opportunity to create new relationships in the somewhat untapped specialist bridging broker sector.

What (and why) do you enjoy most about the role that you do?

I love that every day brings something different, whether that is a new relationship or a new scenario to try and work through to provide specialist funding.

What have you found challenging about your current role?

Our products are hugely popular and at times demand is greater than we have capacity to deal with as efficiently as I would like.

What training and development opportunities have you / are you receiving?

Currently just the on-line modules, I have no doubt if I had a specific requirement, it would be accommodated.

What are your future career aspirations?

Potentially to move towards a leadership or mentoring role.
