Before joining CTB, I gained valuable experience through an internship at Gateway IT Solutions, where I developed essential industry skills.
What attracted you to working for CTB?
My passion for the banking industry began after gaining significant experience in India, where I developed a deep enthusiasm for financial services. Despite receiving multiple offers from various companies, I chose to work with Castle Trust Bank due to its rapid growth and innovative use of top-notch Azure tools such as Synapse, Databricks, and Power BI. These advanced technologies align with my interest in leveraging cutting-edge solutions to enhance banking services. Additionally, CTB’s dynamic environment and commitment to excellence provide the ideal setting for me to apply my skills, grow professionally, and contribute significantly to a leading financial institution.

I've been working as an Associate Data Engineer since I joined Castle Trust Bank.

However, these challenges are also opportunities for growth, pushing me to enhance my skills, improve time management, and foster effective communication and teamwork.
